Use blinc eyeliner on clean and dry skin. Within 1 minute, apply one or more layers. Once set, additional layers cannot be applied. Neither water alone nor pressure alone will remove blinc eyeliner. Only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips or a washcloth, will slide the layer of color effortlessly off your skin into your hand. Blinc eyeliner leaves no tint or residue buildup, making it safe for daily use.
