M.D. FORTÉ Facial Cream III refines, hydrates and smoothes from containing 30% glycolic compound. MD Forte Facial Cream III Gently removes daily residue, makeup and oil leaving skin exceptionally soft. Ideal for those acquainted with Facial Cleanser II 20% Glycolic Acid compound.

Forte Facial Cream III, with glycolic compound, helps correct the visible signs of skin aging without irritation. Enriched with higher levels of Alpha Hydroxy Acid than other M.D. Forte® products, dramatically improves the look of deeper lines and wrinkles while increasing skin clarity, softness and hydration. Reveals a healthier, more youthful appearance while soothing rough dry skin. Ideal for extremely dry, mature skin, or those wishing to progress from M.D. Forte Level II products. Lightweight, oil free, & non-comedogenic.  

Facial Cream III (30% Glycolic Compound*) is the highest Glycolic Compound-based cream and is available for patients ready to advance to more dramatic results. This formulation also contains an anti-irritant complex to help prevent skin irritation.

*Glycolic Compound is a complex, pH-balanced mixture of glycolic acid, ammonium glycolate, purified water, and higher-molecular-weight oligomers of glycolic acid with an approximate activity level of 60%. It is designated on product labels as the ingredients "glycolic acid" and "ammonium glycolate."

M.D. FORTÉ^® enriched cream formulations will smooth dry, rough skin without clogging pores. These products are ideal for use in the evening, in cooler climates where skin may become chapped, or on very rough, dry skin. M.D. FORTÉ^® Facial Cream visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by improving skin tone and smoothness for younger, healthier-looking skin.

Directions:  
Apply once or twice daily, after cleansing, as recommended by your physician. Can be used alone or under makeup.  Always use SPF 15 or greater sunscreen protectant in conjunction with glycolic acid-based products to avoid increase in sun sensitivity.  Individuals should move up to this level of glycolic concentration only after using Level II for 4 to 6 months or as directed by their physician.

Caution:
For external use only, avoid contact with eyes.  If irritation occurs, wash product off, discontinue use and consult a physician.  Use an SPF 15 or greater sunscreen to prevent any increase in sun sensitivity.
