This rich eye cream has the delivery and the rejuvenation effects of Niacin. This formulation is delicate enough for the eye area, yet highly effective in the repair and/or maintenance of the tissue around the eyes. This area does not have the same natural moisture production as the rest of the face, so added delivery is essential. The Niacin has the capability of penetrating hydration deeper in the skin than other eye creams.

Directions: Apply a pearl size amount around the orbital bone of a dry cleansed face.
